Time: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Turkey, chicken, yak, pate, stock
Ungraded eggs, goat cheeses, honey
Carrots, onions, dried herbs, chicos, posole, red chile
Jams, pickled beets, pasta and sauces, salsas
Breads, pizzas, pastries, tamales
Weavings, crafts, aprons, baskets, cookbooks and more!
