Prepared by Albuquerque's finest chefs from Los Poblanos, Savoy, Seasons Rotisserie, and Zinc Bistro, our eleventh annual Harvest Dinner takes place Sunday, September 26, 3:00 pm to starlight, at the breathtakingly lovely Los Poblanos Inn and Cultural Center in the North Valley.
Spirits and hors d'oeuvres will be followed by a talk with Courtney White, Executive Director of The Quivira Coalition, sharing how carbon ranching may cool the climate.
The sumptuous feast follows, consisting entirely of locally-farmed organic meats, grains, fruits, and vegetables.
